First I loved this place because my first sew in was awesome by Cierra and I love the hair there!!Then I went back for another sew in about 3 months after and they told me that Cierra was not going to in so they sent me to another stylist. Her name was JASMINE P! When I went for my second time it was thee worst experience and sew in I had! Also wasted money she had no Patience with doing my hair at all! While doing my hair she told me my hair was greasy and told me to keep my head straight. I have no problem with that except beauticians go to school to do what they do so there is no reason why she chooes this as a career and have no patience what so ever! First if a person felt like someones hair is greesy they would not keep doing it they will say they will need to wash it.Secondly when I walked out the shop I notice I had this BIG lump in my head the braids were entirely too big it was ridiculous. Had no good foundation at all! Then when I texted her about it she told me to wait and see in the morning to see if it lays down I just dont know how would braids lay down in the morning. She never not once what so ever ask to redo it & come in the shop. So I just gave up due her not Even knowing the sew in was not fleek or even cute.So I just told her thankyou for the service. I went to another salon and they were even embarrassed for her when they took my sew in down. Im still upset til this day because I used to drive 2 hours there from school to get my hair down so it was WASTED MONEY AND TIME! If you make something your profession make sure your not doing it just for the money make sure you actually want to do it. They 5 star is for Cierra! I also feel its funny how when I look at the other reviews you have no one saying sorry or thankyou for the services very UNPROFESSIONAL!

I was looking for a new vendor to order from regularly. I had been asked by a few friends to try Diamonds Hair and let them know my experience. It was absolutely the worst business transaction I have dealt with in a very long time. Diamond accepted my payment and then gave me the run around about the status of my shipment for over a week. I was told it would be shipped out on 3 occasions and it never was. After I had enough I demanded a refund. Magically, my hair was available that day and I could pick up (even though I had paid $13 for express shipping). I needed the hair same day so I obliged. As if things couldnt get worse I drove 45 minutes to pick up the hair and they told me they had "accidentally" shipped it!!!! And if that doesnt take the cake they sent me an email the next morning stating that they had shipped my product three days prior, which was an outright lie! I understand people make mistakes but the company was unprofessional and they had to lie to boot. The establishment looks great but they are VERY tacky when conducting business. A GOOD company would have at the very least offered an accommodation or partial refund for their royal screw ups. Then I may have actually come back. I will be putting in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, as this is unacceptable and apparently I wont be the first to do so. I will never be purchasing any type of product from this company again. And I am sure to tell all who ask to never purchase hair from this company. Spend your hundreds of dollar on hair, somewhere else!

I bought hair from Diamond Hair company. I must say I am completely unsatisfied with my services. From the time of delivery... it took 2 weeks for me to receive my order and its ONLY because I had to call them and pay extra to overnight the order, all at my own expense... There was no email notifying me of the delay or anything. So unprofessional. I didnt complain then, I was completely ALL the way respectful... but I shouldve called to tell them of my concerns instead. Then... the hair I received from them is not the same quality Ive ordered previously (this is my 3rd order of a "bundle package"). I was able to use them over at least two more times in past orders. Its only been a month since Ive gotten the hair installed and I want to throw this ish in the damn trash. I demand an explanation. Ive noticed that ever since theyve matured over the years they seem to DEVALUE, value their customers less. My money is STILL good money no matter what. I only order there because I believe in supporting people I know and believe in. I see all these new "virgin" hair companies and I couldve ordered there, I live in Texas. Now Im regretting my decision and wish I shouldve. Hope Renita Hall, Ive seen other complaints that have been looked down upon on and they disappear or wont even let them give a review unless its positive one. I hope they will read this and take my constructive criticism and improve their services. Do not support this company, Do not buy hair there... I repeat, DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM THIS COMPANY! Let me warn everyone.... these Stylist are booth rental and the owners take no responsibility for some of the kitchen beautician work that leaves the salon. I called to make an appointment and explained I was bringing my aunt from out of town to get her hair done there before her big Florida trip. They put us with Cierra... an inexperienced, untrained stylist...I must say I have never seen a sew in so poorly done. It was a simple full curly sew in! You could see the tracks on top and the front row right above her brows!.... the bangs didnt even lay down! I was soooo embarrassed I made the suggestion! I was not going to post this, but after no results after notifying the salon manager and sending an email of this horrific weave.... that I had to take apart and reconstruct because I just couldnt let her walk around looking like a fool, there was no course of action taken. My advice is to go to Kill Her Hair Studio... they train all their stylists, and if somethings wrong, they dont let you leave looking crazy. I thought this place was ran the same... dont let the nice decor fool you. Im sure there are girls there that can do great sew ins, but I wouldnt dare go there without a referral after seeing the stylist work first. When you make an appointment... The front desk person I care about your situation, they will just put you with anyone to fill the books. I think African braid shops have more integrity in this place.

Best looking shop and hair in the city of Indianapolis. I can honestly say that. I had a appointment set for Saturday I got a lace frontal and full sew-in in the back. By Sunday I noticed my lace frontal was coming up on one side. Monday Morning my full frontal was completely lose. Which isnt a big issue to me. Maybe it wasnt enough glue. As long as my stylist was going to fix it. I wasnt worried. I called and my appointment was set for today which is Thursday it was set for 5:00. I sat there for a full hour then she started to do a sew in. At that point I walked out the shop. Not once did my stylist which is the owner come to me and say anything. She walked pass me twice no eye contact nothing. Customer service is everything. She could have said Im sorry no worries we have you let me finish this. I mean anything plus there is no way I should have to sit and wait for her to start and complete a full sew in before she slaps my frontal with glue! All I needed was some glue and to sit under the dryer. Im very disappointed in the shop customer skills. I always buy hair from this company however this was my first time getting my hair done here. I will not be back. I didnt even get a call after I left lol Guess she said forget me one less person to do tonight. If this is how everyone is treated Im sure their number of clients will shrink. Without customers theres no YOU!
