The whole experience was almost exactly what I wanted. I came in without a 100% clear idea what I wanted (more like 80-90) and the woman tending to me helped me figure it out pretty fast. The cut went flawlessly, it turned out great, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Only thing I didnt like is the woman wasnt very sociable at all. Once the necessary dialogue was out of the way, I didnt hear much from her. But, Im used to small, old-timey barber shops where the barber knows everyone in town and is up for talking about everything.

By far the worst haircut ive ever had in my life. The woman distracted me when it was time to see the back of my "fade" and I didnt see how awful it was until I got home and my 9 year old niece pointed it out. Its bad when a kid notices a bad haircut. I had to buy a hat before I could even go to work 3rd shift that night. I will never go to another greatclips as long as I live after that and I dont recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I went their asking for a haircut and the lady said that it would b better if she dont it a different way so I let her bc I should b able to trust her since she cuts hair for a living but ig Im wrong bc she cut it to short and it wasnt even like the haircut I wanted

Im currently sitting in their parking lot crying because the lady ruined my hair and didnt even care. The manager was rude as well. She cut it too short and wants to blame me because I have curly hair. I will NEVER get another hair cut again!!!

Poorly staffed always a wait. Staff is not friendly an unskilled, really need to upgrade service an skill level I would not recommend this service to anyone. Not good in a time pinch or on a day off hair cut!

I have been three times to this place and three times that I left with haircut that I didnt order... Also, some stuff is very rude.

Always had a great cut from Hope, but now Im told she no longer is there, oh no! 12 years of haircuts went flawless each time!
