AFTER THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR JILL GAVE ME A TOUR AND SHOWN ME CLASS SPACE, SHE FILLED OUT THE PROVIDER FORM AND SUGGESTED ID CALL WITH THE RESULTS OF MY APPOINTMENT WITH OUR START DATE. SHE CALLS ME BACK NO LATER THAN 5 MINUTES STATING THEY DIDNT HAVE ANYMORE AVAILABLE SPOTS ANYWHERE. MIND YOU THIS INFORMATION WAS GIVEN AFTER MY CHILD CARE APPOINTMENT. WHICH WAS MONDAY AUG15 and I MET WITH (JILL THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR) THE THURSDAY BEFORE. . HOW COULD SHE ,YOU NOT KNOW WITH TIME TO PREPARE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

My son has been attending Kidscape on Knue Road since he was six weeks old and hes now 2.5 years old. He enjoys going to school there and I wouldnt have it any other way. The entire staff is friendly and trustworthy. Were expecting another child soon and its such a relief to have confidence in the care our next child will receive as well. Might I also add how much my son has learned while attending Kidscape! Its a joy to know that my son is in a safe place that is also very focused on making education fun.

Ms. Jill was very rude, before I could even get enrollment information she came off impatient snappy and unprofessional. I noticed the rooms were dirty and the staff un-knowledgeable. I walked out. Beware

Call the place, Kidscape is NOT Lil Sprouts and none of the previous employees are allowed to step foot on the property per a court order.
