From the beginning, when I brought my young daughter to TGC, I was disappointed. I called TGC and spoke with the owner to inquire about enrollment and such. We arrived and nobody showed us around or gave us any info. It was open gym but still, that is not how you treat a potential client. I had to ask the receptionist everything from classes to schedules and fees. I had to ask if I needed any other info and thats when she gave me a pamphlet. It felt like I was pulling teeth. The thing that got me was that the owner and other instructors were standing right there socializing when we couldve been introduced. The company is not personable at all! If you want to enroll your child and youre new, do not expect a warm welcome! The instructors also do not seem friendly. My childs instructor made it obvious she was only there for a paycheck through her actions and some of the things she would say. I wll not renew my session with this company again and will be sure to warn other parents!! What a disappointment!!!! As far as the rating, I would say worse than poor.

We have been happy for the most part. My daughter has loved all her instructors over the last four years. When we have had a suggestion or complaint, it was accepted well and someyimes changes were enacted in response. Maybe not a total "pro" gym, but very goof just the same.

My girls love going there. The coaches care more about the girls than just scores. Lots of joy owed to TGC
