Ive been looking into joining a gym and have tried a few in the area. One of the owners (Im not sure what her name was since she never introduced herself) told me that Anytime never offers free day passes/trials or guest passes. They offer a 7-day trial period for $50 that can be applied to a membership after the 7 days (or get a $45 refund-$5 charge for a key fob that is issued for 24-hour access), but that in order to be able to do the 7-day trial period, I had to print something off the website and fill it out prior to arriving-there was no way she was able to take care of it on the spot. I paid $10 for my first, and most certainly only, visit. Along with not introducing herself, she never made an effort to tell me anything about the gym-what is offered or included in a membership, where things are located within the facility, etc. I was a bit put off by the lack of welcome, but the real reason for writing this poor review is because one of my friends, who is a member of Anytime, told me that he never had to fill anything out prior on the first visit to get the 7-day trial-the other owner was able to fill that form out for him at the facility at my friends first visit. frown emoticon The treadmill was nice-I liked how it had the option of displaying the amount of time I had left versus just showing how much time Ive already ran. That was the best part about this experience. Ive heard fairly good things about Anytime, for the most part, but unfortunately I will not be able to recommend this facility and I will make sure to share this untactful interaction that I had with anyone else that is looking to join a gym.

CAUTION WHEN SIGNING UP If you read your contract about ending your membership it requires a written statement 30 days before the end date. So when I went in to deliver my written statement to Manny Ramirez, I was given the run around and told "I deal with hundreds of people a day and might forget. " He should have set up my membership as a pending cancel instead of me getting charged months later. Had to dispute it with bank and Im now getting bugged by their billing company.

Stephanie (the owner) is so incredibly RUDE! She charged my mom when she said that she wanted to end the membership! She was still getting charged. When my mom called to say please dont charge me anymore. The owner (Stephanie) grabbed the phone from Manny and said to never call again and to never return to the gym. NEVER GO HERE OR YOU WILL GET SCREWED BY STEPHANIE

Being open 24 hours is a huge plus. The gym is never too crowded, which is nice. I find the people that come here more pleasant than LA fitness, where there are occasional hotheads and numerous narcissistic folks. Anytime has a nice room for CrossFit style exercises and an adequate number of bodybuilding machines and free weights.

It has all the weights you need, and it has 24 hour access. It just feels a little claustrophobic when youre there during peak hours. But that can easily be resolved by coming when its less busy.

I really like this gym. Its quite clean, not too crowded during off-peak times, and has enough equipment to allow you freedom in your workout.

The free weight area is way too small. Only two benches. If you are into crossfit or power lifting, they have a nice area to do so.
