If you are looking for sincere, quality martial arts and not the "fast-food-drive-through-program" with dozens of belt colors and stripes to gain money without teaching accuracy, consistency, drive, and passion, like other programs in the area, this is the place for you and your family. More importantly, I trust Michael Bateman with my son; I trust him as a business man; and I trust him as a person. He is not going to take advantage of any situation to gain profit. He is specific to each students need, regardless of age, mental capacity, race, or ethnicity. He loves the art of Taekwondo and he is on a mission to preserve the true spirit of the Art. Finally, he demonstrates values that are important to me as a Christian--for me, thats the icing on the cake!

Bateman Taekwondo offers great class sessions for children and adults that move forward with each students progress in mind. The instructors are respectful to parents and the students. We have been very pleased with the patience and encouraging spirit based on a foundation of understanding the techniques and forms, rather than just being able to mimic the actions. We would highly recommend Bateman Taekwondo!

The best place in the city for Martial Arts. Ive only been attending this school for a few months now but my skills have grown significantly in a short amount of time. I have been to several schools but this is by far the BEST IN MONTGOMERY !!

The Instructors are extremely qualified. They are also very patient with children. They use positive reinforcement and teach life lessons as well as Taekwondo. I highly recommend their classes and the Instructors!
