***DO NO USE THIS CATERER*** I will say that the food was good. But what use is good food if they dont bring enough? When the agreement was for a minimum of 110, and only 90 people are fed...you have to start questing their managements ability to run this business reliably. Now you might want to give these folks the benefit of the doubt and assume that people were just taking too much food. Even if that were the case, the last 20 people wouldnt have eaten because there werent enough plates for them. On top of this, the two servers were rude, and unprofessional. They arrived well after the wedding party had already arrived (~2 hours late), and the wedding part had to cut pictures short to step in and set up. The hors doeuvres were set out just 10 minutes before dinner, and they didnt provide anything to eat the hors doeuvres on, so everyone had to just use their hands. And when the wedding party took charge to get the caterers organized and moving, they were met with excuses and attitude. They were just terrible.

***This caterer ROCKS!!*** I have to disagree completely with the previous review that advised against D & R for catering. D & R catered our wedding this summer and did a phenomenal job. They went above and beyond to make sure that the day went smoothly and that everyone was happy. The staff is professional, organized, and friendly. In particular, Lenora does a FANTASTIC job. She made sure that I was at ease, hydrated (even personally checking on me and bringing me bottles of water during pictures), and having a great day. All of my guests commented on how delicious the food was (truly the some of the best BBQ you can get) and the great service they received. Everyone had plenty to eat and drink, and I truly believe that having D & R cater our wedding made the whole day a very positive experience for everyone. There wasn’t a single detail that I would have changed about their service, it was simply perfect.

Called 3 weeks ago for thanks giving turkey, when I went to pick up they simply stated they didnt have the order! They offered uncooked one, we agreed to purchase that, but had to wait one hour and fifteen minutes to get even the uncooked turkey. Very poor management, extremely unprofessional business.

My wife and I just finished lunch here. The staff was friendly and the place extremely clean. The food was cooked perfectly. I guess when you have a owner who has been a butcher his entire life your going to have a great BBQ place. I have used them for catering as well and they do a great job.

I love the market and the restaurant. I couldnt believe what good things they were doing with meat. The seafood is wonderful too. If you like seafood their smoked salmon is the best. The restaurant is great. The smell when I walked in the door made me so happy. The pulled pork was really good.

One of my favorite places for BBQ, especially the brisket and thick-cut pork chops. Unassuming storefront location, but definitely worth a visit. They also have homemade salads and side dishes.
