So I waited half an hour to try to get my oil changed because it is first come first serve and you cant make an appointment (which I tried) only to be told that even though my car was next that since they close in 45 minutes and they didnt have any overtime hours that I would have to come back. The ads say "keep your car rolling" but they omit the part that follows "keep your car rolling next door, to get better help at places like Pep Boys."

Frequently come here to get my oil changed. Kind of hit and miss if you can get in and out of there within an hour. Usually wait until I have to do some shopping. Weekday mornings, and early weekend mornings are the best bets. You have to show up to find out the wait time. They do a lot for your money, except this trip they forgot to vacuum the floors. Will also install air filters and wiper blade at just the cost of the items.

Slooooooooow. Both business and the service. would hate to see this place when its busy. Price was alright but nothing special. Not sure theres anything about this experience to actively bring me back, though nothing but speed was lacking.
