I was waiting for two tires to be replaced. After over an hour of wandering around the store, I came back to find that department had closed. They hadnt contacted me or anything, just left me to wait. I found out later that they had trouble removing one of the tires, so they just gave up and went home because it was the end of their shift. I dont know what they expected me to do...did they think I was just going to forget I had a car??

Worst place ever they take way too long.i asked to speak to the shop manager and he acted like I was an idiot he was more worried about textng on his phone or playing on Facebook he must have got the job by paying someone.horrible experience I would advise no one to take anything here

If I could give 0 stars I would.. Im getting ready to drive back to Florida so decided to stop and have my oil checked and tires checked... They said it would be a 2-3 hour wait. And it kinda seemed like you didnt want to do it anyway
