I only gave one star because one isnt an option. My family lost my mother suddenly and we were referred to legacy from flanner and Buchanan. We set up an appointment to meet and discuss options. We never went to the appointment because we found a funeral home more in our price range. We got a phone call from legacy asking who was going to pay them. Literally the guy said who is cutting me a check? Apparently legacy picked up my mothers body without our permission and embalmed her without our permission! We never even told them if we were cremating or not! They said they would not release my mothers body until we gave them $1000.00. Little did they know my aunt works for the attorney generals office. After being threatened with a lawyer they brought my mother to the funeral home we chose. It was a nightmare and we never received even an apology.

This funeral home staff is absolutely the scum of the earth. They are insensitive and nickel and dime everything. My parents prepaid for their funeral arrangements to make things easier in a time of grief. The man that runs the place is the worst. Just kept asking for more and more money. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
