Great gym with lots of space, windows, and class options. Plenty of weights and machines to accommodate a large quantity of people during busier hours without feeling crowded. Lots of workout equipment options from treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, stationary bicycles. Other options include jump ropes, resistance bands, bosu balls, medicine balls, kettle bells, weights, foam rollers, etc. The facility is very clean, great locker rooms, showers, and a very nice pool area. There is also a therapy pool. Towels are provided. Friendly helpful staff to boot!

Im literally here every day! Super convenient. And, if you get in a pattern and come at the same times, youll start to recognize folks and they feel like familiar faces. They have lots of programs & events if you want to be engaged, or you can just do your own thing too. Pool, basketball court, child care, free weights, machines, and cardio equipment.

I drive 30 miles (one way) here every morning to drop my son off for Day Camp during the summer. He really enjoys it, and the stuff is very friendly. I have had to call a couple of times and always get a real person pretty quickly.

Clean, loads of equipment and a partially private area for those of us who feel watched at a gym. I have anxiety, so the quiet space here suits me. Loads of activities and options I didnt use.

Very clean! Needs more staffing to help out beginners....kinda felt all alone one the walk thru and use of machines. Then no one was around to get any advice from at anytime. Havent returned

I love this place. The atmosphere is bright, upbeat and positive. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I hope they get paid enough. I wouldnt go anyplace else.
