If it werent so convenient to my house and membership included in my companys benefits, I would not go here. Its pretty dirty--as in the same tissues, wrappers and bobby pins left by someone remain in the elliptical cup holders for weeks. Does anyone clean the equipment? The cardio machines are dated and not in great shape. TV 1 sound has not worked for over a year. Owners do not take great care or pride in the condition and cleanliness of equipment unfortunately.

This gym has all the basic weights and machines I need and there is rarely a wait to use any of them. It seems clean and the people are nice. The locker rooms are individual unisex restrooms, some with showers, which allows for privacy when changing and showering. The only thing I miss from previous gyms are fitness classes, but otherwise its a great gym and does the job of helping me get in shape!

Ive gone here for four years now and never had a problem other than the peak hours can sometimes be busy and the side room is pretty small. I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff and owner. Location is great highly recommend over LA fitness.

Great gym. They have an oly bar with weights! One rack (and a smith). Would give the gym a five star but there is no rower
