Me and my fiance were members for 1 year and weve decided not to renew our membership. This is a small town and there arent many options to begin with honestly. My expectations are higher than most around here and Im okay with that. I was a member at Fitness Formula Club in Chicago. I was at the East Lakeview and Gold Coast locations on a daily basis. I have no problem paying the dues ($160/mo. with Gold Coast access comes with an increase in dues) because of the amenities and level of service I received. The Total Fitness Connection on Russellville road is just your run-of-the-meel gym that has outdated equipment, limited hours, showers and pool area in need of serious repairs and upgrades. One of the strangest Rules of this gym is you have to leave your keys in a basket (accessible to everyone around and most of the time unattended) to get only 1 towel. Several treadmills and elliptical machines need to be replaced but I know they are not replacing/repairing them because they have been in current condition the entire year we were members. At the end of the day it will work for most but it just isnt what I was looking for and have decided to get a membership in Nashville where we work 5-7 days a week.

TFC is a great place to exercise. I have always been an on again off again weightlifter. Too many times I would hit a fitness plateau and get stuck in a rut, or just get burnt out. Having the option to take aerobics classes, and spinning classes helped break up my routine. The best feature to me is the pool area. Its heated, indoors, and after working out on the fitness floor or laps in the pool I can sit in the sauna or steam room, or Whirlpool jacuzzi. By the way, this is the only place in Bowling Green that has this feature. Having a proshop at all three locations is pretty nice too.

Angela is my personal trainer she is awesome! She truly cares about her clients. She is always so cheerful, a great motivator , helpful, and understanding. Angela is the best personal trainer, if there was and option to give her more than 5 stars I would. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer.

Very friendly clean gym. Staff is very eager to help. Pool and aerobics classes all included in membership with free childcare. Everything I want in a family friendly gym

Gym,locker rooms, and sauna are really nice , but the lap pool is gross. So if your coming to swim, dont expect it to be sanitary.

Never has towels, especially during busy hours. Says they are in the wash for 4 hours.
