Made an appointment with them at the State Fair for Monday at 2:00 pm. They told me someone would call a few days before. On Friday, they left a message to call them and that they may have a problem with the appointment. I called back on Saturday and got a message saying all agents were busy. I left my name and cell number but never heard back. On Monday, I waited but no one showed up. I called and was told that because I did not call back on Friday, I was removed from the appt schedule. Really? Why do you make appointments if you are just arbitrarily going to cancel out. They offered to put me back on the list, however, I already took one day off work to meet with them and they did not show so why would I want to take more time off and wait to see if they feel like keeping the next appointment. If a company can not keep the appointment that they set to give an estimate, what makes them think that I can trust them with my work.

From the first phone call, I had difficulty with this company. What it all boils down to is that Im a woman who owns a house (my future husbands name is not and will not be put on the title) and they would not come out to give me an estimate unless my future husband was going to be at the house for the estimate. We have different work schedules and as I would be making the financial and design decisions, I felt it unimportant if he was there. It took many phone calls and at two cancellations on their part to decide that it was in no way worth the fight.
