build a garage for me in germantown. They where a little more expensive then others but went with them because of referral from friends and parents who also had garage built by bluegrass garage. After the garage was complete i noticed they used 1 inch thick real wood on the roof. that thicker than any wood used today in building. When I complemented the the builders he pointed out all the other heavy weight materials he uses form the foundation, the heavy weight block extra thick steel door,commercial garage door opener extra rafter and a few thing just to make the garage look better. I would definitely advise uses bluegrass garage builders thank you milton st.
