Rickie Sipe has got to be the rudest real estate agent I have ever spoken with. Very short on the phone, not helpful at all, but thats not the worst part. When she filled out the offer letter with my name spelled incorrectly and the incorrect property address and I corrected her she said, "I think youre being too picky on some things." Im pretty sure those are important details in a legal contract. Would never EVER recommend her!
