I stopped by this store for the first time today to grab some lunch. From the moment I walked in, I really liked the place. I found a shirt on a rack marked 50% off and liked it enough to buy it for $12.50. After the young lady range me up for my food and shirt, I realized she hadnt given me the discount on the shirt. I mention it to her, she turns to the owner and asks if the shirt was supposed to be 50% Off. The owner says "No. It is 50% Off of the shorts behind the shirts." I then said that I didnt like the shirt that much and I would like a refund. The owner then says "we cant do refunds". To which I asked why, only to find out that she just wont. After debating the issue for a few minutes, I finally got frustrated with her snide little attitude and walked out. I work in the service industry, I would be embarrassed if any of my associates treated a customer like this. A refund for a shirt that hadnt even been removed from the hanger would have cost her nothing. What it has cost her is any of my future business and most likely the business of my friends that referred me to this place. I guess the positive I can take away is that I now have a great service failure that I can utilize as I train my team.

I purchased an old boat and decided not to have it kept at the markets lot. The owner refused even when I did not use a single day to refund my money or even consider it. That is just plain wronhg to take $350 and not refund money for a service or product not used. And this was before the season opened. I strongly suggest when working with the owners of this business you be very careful. The prices are high, and the treatment of customers very low. BE CAREFUL. Not honest owners.

Rented kayaks from Caney Fork Outdoors, and had an amazing day on the river! The food at the Big Rock Market is incredible! Best BBQ Ive ever had! I highly recommend this place!
