If I could give less than a one,I would.David Parks listed a house for far more than he knew the value to be.house did not appraise sufficiently for a loan.that property is still listed at the same price. While waiting for the property to not appraise,we rented a place from...Dave Parks. $150/ month over market rent.( We were in a bind,he knew it) Yesterday,the air conditioning in our unit failed.Told by Dave Parks maintenance there was no need to fix the unit because the weather isnt hot.Excellent response to 2 heart surgery patients.Plus,thats not the true point. We pay for air conditioning .every day; every month. We are owed the service we purchased.we are not receiving it.Typical of this operation.

As first time home buyers, Judie spent time with us before we started our search going through all of the necessary paper work and listening to what we were looking for. When we started the search, Judie was highly responsive to our requests to arrange showings and was always available. She worked closely with other realtors to arrange showings and got any questions answered. When we found the perfect house, Judie was there to write an offer immediately and when it was accepted she helped us understand what should be fixed in the house and worked with contractors to have the work done. Near impossible to reach someone on the phone. After paying $50 per adult I did receive a call but she was rude and condescending. I have never paid more than $35 per APPLICATION. I could not get a straight answer on why I and my co-signer were declined. I have no evictions, criminal record, no pets, dont smoke, plenty of income. The same day I applied with another local real estate company and was approved within hours.

I am extremely upset at the fact I cant be acknowledged by Ann Tidwell my "property manager." I have been trying to get a hold of her since February 2017 and it is now June 21st 2017 and still no contact. I havent even lived in my neighborhood for a year and Im already regretting my decision to move my family here.
