Bottom Line: Dice Wyllie is a commendable buyers rep. When we moved here, we did not have the intention of buying a home until we saw the rental market. Naturally as first time home buyers, we were somewhat hesitant of the process. Dice applied his 15+ years of professional experience, and his natural ability to work with people to make the process easy, and most importantly less stressful. One of the most important things to me during this process is the communication flow. Dice was prompt with responses to questions by any communication method (In person, phone, text, or email). His ability to network with organizations in the Panama City Area makes the process go smoothly.
