Agent Pam Haas drove me all over H--L and back over a 3 month period, even out into the BFE, listened to my endless and often mutually exclusive requirements. Gave me a lot of good advice about securing financing, lined up the inspections in my absence, walked me through the escrow process, saved me from quite a few pitfalls and generally led me by the hand through the process because I had never done any of it before. She has a lot of experience in the industry and process and I wouldnt have gotten it done without her. Beyond great. Pam Haas: Accept no substitutions.

Very bad at following up on leads for lower-end properties. I emailed about a cheap lot in Youngstown in July and got no reply. A few days ago I filled out the "Request a Showing" form on their website, sent an email, and even called and left a message asking to see a foreclosed home listed by them. No callback & no email. Pretty lame.
