I have sold two homes with Sue Rome through Jaqua Realtors, and each time the process was effortless. Sue Rome met with me, showed me comparable home prices in the area similar to my home, advised me on a few inexpensive cosmetic updates that would increase the value, and helped set the asking price. She provided feedback after every showing, which helped me understand what appealed to buyers looking at homes like ours. She always responded quickly to emails and texts from me. Despite an offer falling through, and a bankrupt mortgage company the night before closing (back in 2008), Sue explained each step of the process and worked hard to get us to SOLD. I would use Sue again to buy or sell a home.

Very poor experience with this company. I relocated to the area and felt very unwelcome and I felt treated like an outsider by this company. All they cared about was the sale of the property and not my family, the cost of the home, or the condition of the home. I do not recommend this company to anyone, especially someone who is moving here from another state. It was a terrible experience.

Do not go through this agency. I tried to set up a viewing and the agent dropped the ball. When I tried to call him back and he asked if I still wanted to see the house I said yes, but can I please speak to another agent he said no and hung up on me. Do not go through them with a big financial investment like a for a house.
