Prior to close on an investment property with tenants currently living in the home Joy Colvin met me for the walk through. I expressed some concerns with making sure rents were prorated and deposits were transferred over. At close, the seller had checks ready and naive me assumed everything was in order. It wasnt until a couple days after close that I realized I hadnt received the a deposit for one of the units. I assumed that I would be "on my own" with going after these funds but Joy always answered my phone calls of concern, followed up with the listing agent and seller directly, and had a lawyer send a follow up letter. I cant express how much the "after closing" care was greatly appreciated. I received a check from the seller eventually and attribute that to Joy and her efforts. Id recommend both Joy and Kent Lee to anyone who ask.

As first time home buyers, we were unsure of what to expect when we started to look for our first home. Nick was very informative and made sure that we knew exactly what to expect at each point in the process and made sure to keep us informed at all times. He made it his goal to find us exactly what we were looking for and was genuinely invested in making sure we were completely satisfied. Nick was always readily available to answer any and all questions that arouse. He worked with our schedules to make sure that we were able to see all the homes we wanted to see at times that were convenient for us. Overall, our home buying process when very smoothly, and we certainly have Nick to thank for that. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and we plan to use him for any of our future real estate endeavors.

I would highly recommend the Nick Peskoe Real Estate Group and especially our agent, Joy Colvin. I was looking to relocate to Louisville and I decided to buy vs rent. Joy was patient in answering my questions and made the process so very easy when at times it seemed that we were never getting to settlement. I only had a short time in town to look at houses and Joy was able to schedule 13 visits over 2 days a major feat in itself. She was able to help me find a house within budget that I to this day still absolutely love. Joy started the process as our agent but by the end she was a very dear friend.
