I can’t say enough about our agent through The Oatley Team, Brittany Jones. My husband and I were first-time home buyers, and in a tough buyer’s market, the process lasted eight months. For those entire eight months, Brittany was patient, diligent, and hardworking. At times, it was hard to believe she even had other clients, because she was so attentive to us. Being first-time home buyers, we had hundreds of questions, and she answered each one thoroughly. Accessible 24/7, Brittany worked evenings and weekends to accommodate us – sometimes with little to no warning. She would always reply to texts and emails immediately, no matter the hour of the day. Most importantly, Brittany was fair, honest, and always acted with integrity. I can’t imagine how challenging it is to work with same client for as long as she did, but she was never pushy. She was always looking out for our best interest. While I could give many examples, I would like to share a short story about Brittany’s integrity and professionalism. She was showing us a house, when another agent and potential buyer entered. She politely asked them to allow us to finish the showing privately, but the agent declined. Any time we would show up second to a showing, Brittany always had us wait outside to show respect for the other party. Buying a home for the first time is exciting, terrifying, and overwhelming. I honestly can’t imagine having to had go through the process without Brittany. I would strongly recommend her to anyone purchasing or selling a house. You won’t find a better agent elsewhere.
