I bought my home and land here in 2007. Was a foreclosure. Couldnt pay property tax or get anything taken care of for almost 2 years. Ownership of note had changed hands so many times and there was so much misinformation. Previous owners tried to take the home back from us because the documentation wasnt correct and listed them (who were foreclosed on) as still being the owners. Cost me A LOT of attorney fees! Recently tried to purchase 3 lots through them. Another disappointment. Bobbled around for 2 months. Lack of knowledge and information concerning situation of property caused delays, poor negotiations and embarrassment with the owners of the property. After I was unable to get the property due to a death and ownership changes of property, I finally received a call from the agent about a month later, saying in a voicemail "I have good news if youre still interested". I attempted to contact the agent 2 days later, left a voicemail and have yet to hear back. That was about two weeks ago. I gave a $500 check for a retainer and signed agreements prior to the falling apart of the deal. Still have not received my check back and no returned call about any of it. I have no intentions to do business with this agency again. If you choose to, I hope you have better luck than I did!
