Rod is a professional, committed, accurate, dedicated, knowledgeable, trustworthy and fights for what you want, the customer. He helped me get the home that I wanted using my VA Home Loan after another realtor did me wrong. He knows what to look for during the showing, buying and sale process and is very honest in giving you his recommendation. Rod also was able to negotiate the buy of the house to the price that was agreeable. He also returns all emails and phone calls within a day. I found out I needed a roof repair after the buy and Rod was there to represent me and negotiated with the seller to have it done successfully. He did not abandon me after the sale and help me tremendously. With out him I would not have a new roof. I would highly recommend Rod and would defiantly use his services again in the future.
