I was married before and had financial issues following the divorce and had to file bankruptcy. Even though it was several years ago, I was unable to get financed for a home. I am currently engaged to be married and was looking for a fresh start and a new house for her and me. I talked to Troy Clouse the owner and he showed us a couple of houses and we found one that we both loved. We worked out a two year contract and at the end of the two year we will be able to refinance with the bank and the house will be in our name. I would recommend anyone looking for a house to call him.

My husband, my son , and I were living with my parents for the last year. I have my own business and dont have bad credit but a have not built up any credit score. I was unable to get a loan from the bank to get a house. After we talked to troy, we new that we wanted to get a house on contract and get my credit score up. He got us in a really nice 2 bedroom starter house and we love it. Also, we were able to move into the house the day after we signed the contract. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a house and cant get financed.
