Will Not Recommend! This company was managing my rental property for the past year, or so I thought. When the tenants lease term came up, I was ready to put my property up for sell. The tenants moved out, and my house was a complete wreck with a lot of damage. Whatley Darty assured me they would take care of the issue and reach out for compensation from the tenants for the damage that was done. They also said they would use the security deposit to do at least all of the required painting. The work was incomplete by a long shot, and I had to hire someone else to complete the work that was not done. I am now out over $8,000. I have since been making visits to Dothan, being as I live 3 hours away, to see Mr. Whatley himself. I have also made several phone calls and emails trying to get my money back. Mr. Whatley has made no effort to compensate me for the money I am out. I dont appreciate the way they treat their clients. I feel like I have been taken advantage of.

Worst experience I have had with a company. They mess up and then they refuse to take your phone calls and will not return your call. They are very unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. I paid them $600 in May of 2016 to have a floor repaired in my rental house that they were managing. The floor was never repaired and I had to hire someone else to come in and fix it. I have called at least once a month since and I cant get any answers about getting my money back. This has been going on for 8 months and my next option is to call the real estate commission and talk with an attorney. Save yourself some trouble, Dont use this company.

Very dishonest company! Poor Property Manager! Was hired to manage our property and allowed tenant to damaged property without any recourse. Took 1300.00 from escrow account but never did work. After several months of broken promises by Ken Whatley and Cindy West we believe they mislead intentionally. Stay away!
