HOME OWNER BEWARE!!! When we first started working with Real Estate Services of Dothan AKA Dothan Rentals they appeared to be willing to go above and beyond to take care of our home. The staff was so sweet and welcoming! However, we very quickly learned they told us what we wanted to hear. They lied to us on multiple occasions about things that were inspected and about repairs that were made. The didnt follow the terms of the lease we drew up with them for our tenants and they charged us for repairs they told us were being billed to the tenant. When they were called out on these issues they terminated our contract effective immediately. They broke their own managers agreement by not providing us with written 30days notice. We had to make an emergency trip into town only to discover water damage to our hardwood floors that we were never informed about (they had just completed a move out inspection) along with other damages that were not reported. They also charge to our monthly statement for repairs that were not actually completed. I took pictures of all damages that were not noted in their inspection and sent it to them via email. I quickly received an email back from the broker stating if I contacted them again he would file charges against me for harassment. RUN!!! And run fast! I wish I could post pictures to the review. I also want to note that a large chunk of the 5 star reviews they have on their FB page are from their very own employees!!!!

So far, this is a do it yourself real estate service. They told me to look at their website or come by the office for a printout of their listings. Two phone calls and no one will say more, no one will discuss the different properties they manage. They dont even have a desktop computer where I can sit in a/c and peruse their site. Im in the process of moving, living in a hotel using my iphone in my car in their parking lot before driving all over to see possibilities then coming back for keys ... It just doesnt seem like they really want my business.

please dont rent from these people.they put me and my kids in a house full of black mold.i got sick went to the doctor found out i had copd.now im slowly dying behind this and all they want to do is collect money or throw me out and my lease isnt up yet and im on section8.i moved way from another state which costed 2000 to be put in a death trap.most of the houses have mold and lead.i would advice families to go else where.they even took a deposit for my service dog which is illegal.please take my advice before you rent from them

The absolute worst rental company I have ever dealt with. Me and my husband are moving out because its summer time and they refuse to fix our air. Our electric bill has doubled because they wont fix it. Not only is our air not working the 100 amp breaker pops about once a week with no electrician coming out either. If there was something less than 1 star thats what they would get. Absolutely cant wait to move out in the next week!!
