This is live in a duplex and this is the company who handles our rent and thats about it..... Theyre very laid back and easy to deal with but they dont do much in the home maintenance department. We moved in 4 months ago and the yard is still covered with leaves.... They said the "Landlord" is supposed to take care of this, but they havent. Weve had a minor roach issue (which seems to be better for now) and a mouse (my first time ever having a mouse in my home) and they wouldnt pay for pest control - said we had to take care of that ourselves. We also had what seemed to be mold in the fridge ice maker and they advised up to use bleach water, even though Im highly allergic to mold and have been the ER before because it was in our home (another home). We dont have any personal issues with the company or the people working there - theyre all VERY nice. I guess its more of a lease thing..... the "Landlord" doesnt really take care of too many things. They dont actually own the duplex we live in, they just manage it. So I guess in that aspect, I cant blame them too much - hence why Im on the fence between 4 stars and 5 stars.

WONDERFUL company to rent from! My air conditioner went out (The whole unit) I called Empire Real Estate and they had someone out the very next morning to fix it. Any time I have ever had any problems, they have always been quick to fix it. Ive been renting from them for 15 months and I couldnt be more satisfied.
