I have loved my experience so far with the bluegrass team! I was able to be very honest with them in explaining that my husband and I were in the very early stages of house hunting. Instead of them not taking us seriously, they have patiently sent us every house that fits our criteria and have been great with communication. It can be rare for realtors to not come across as pushy and they are anything but pushy. They are honest people with good hearts, which is the most important factor at the end of the day. It is fun to work with them, and I know they have my best interest in mind opposed to just trying to make a dollar. Dont house hunt with anyone else!

The house only had a limited clientele due too its size and cost, but they got the listing out there for everyone to see. They worked with all the way thru the negotiation process and up thru the closing even when the buyers became difficult.
