My family and I rented a house through the property management. We had multiple problems with the rental property. These problems consisted of weak floors, plaster coming down from the ceiling, leaky roof, and a gross infestation of vermin :such as cockroaches and mice.The first 3 weeks we lived there the well was dry and there was minimal water due to the owner of this property running a water hose from the neighbors well, it was frustrating to say the least when you have 4 small children. The gross infestation and other problems were reported through property management multiple times and yet the problem continued and were never repaired. This situation has brought me to tears on many occasions due to the frustration. Everything my husband and I worked for had roaches in it or on it. We have never had any problems before we moved in, My husband is prior military, I am a college student, we like to keep things tidy, and in good shape. I am afraid it ruined our personal property. We had to replace everything we owned. We were taken to court over back rent, which I refused to pay because nothing was ever done, or fixed, In which the case was dismissed without prejudice. However, My husband and I have contacted the property management company on several occasions for the past 4 months trying to get our security deposit back. We still have yet to receive our security deposit or even a phone call or email from these people to keep us informed of some sort of progress. I realize that most of the fault lies within the owner of this property, for poor maintenance, but if you hire a property management company to be your middle man, to show your property, to collect the rent, for the tenant to call when repairs are needed, and they are not taken seriously by neither property management company, nor the owner. Then they both are equally at fault. If I were you, I would think twice about renting from this company.

Recently my wife and I purchased a home. The listing agent was Kathy Roshsenberger. I worked on the purchasing end with my life time friend Dale Clark from Bender. He was totally excellent in all that he did for me. He told me that Kathy went beyond the call of duty in the sale of this home...doing things that the sellers probably should have done. She kept with it every step of the way (this house had some legal issues attached to it). Her relentless pursuit allowed us to close on the house about 3 months after the original offer. To be honest I thought the deal was dead after 6 weeks but Kathy would not let this deal die. I do not even know everything that she did, only she knows but I am thankful for her and I pray that her company is thankful for her as well

Terrible service, the ladies that work there in the renting side, are so......rude and just plain hateful. I try renting from them, my aplicasion was not accepted and they never called me to let me know and when I asked why, the lady there went off on me, talking to me as if I was stupid just for asking a simple question. They dont know how to talk to the customer. Totally unprofessional!! I have talked to some people about this and they have told me that thats how rude they are. Havent heard anything good about their service.

I recently moved here from Pembroke Pines Florida with my Husband and children. Kathy Rohsenberger was our agent. She was very informative, Knowledgeable, witty and generally wonderful to work with. She always made herself available. The Staff was excellent and always helpful. Moving can be scary especially when coming from a completely different state. They made me feel at home.

I have rented through Coldwell for about 4 years and they are easy to work with. They have good customer service and get back with you quickly. Whenever you call you can always get someone on the phone and get the help you need.
