Judi Wilcher and her team at Transitions are the BEST. Judi sold my brothers home in Cartersville in two weeks. When my mother and step father moved from West Virginia back to Georgia four years ago, Judi found them the perfect home three miles from my sisters house in Smyrna during the FIRST WEEKEND they looked. So, when my husband and I were ready to sell our first home and upgrade for our expanding family, we called Judi. We found a home we loved but were afraid it would sell before ours sold. Contrarily, Judi was able to list and sell our home within five weeks. Less than two months after we found our new home, we were moving in -- thanks to Judi. She helped us navigate challenges, negotiate repairs, and find the perfect buyer for our former house. Her work ethic, communication and industry connections were unmatched. Cant say enough great things about Judi and her whole team.

Since i moved out of state, I have used Transitions Property Management to handle my condo rental and they have been a lifesaver. My original management group left me in a very bad situation that ultimately cost me significant funds to repair my condo. Since switching to Transitions, I have peace of mind and have had no trouble having great tenants. The staff have been extremely courteous and have even handled emergencies for us in the middle of the night, to the benefit of both the renter and us as owners.
