Why would any one not choose Wendy Bunch and Re/ Max Pure to represent them in buying or selling a home? Wendy and her staff are dedicated, professional, educated and devoted to their clients. Wendy and many of her agents have served on The Cobb Board of Realtors, Cobb Chamber, support the local school system and contribute to many volunteer activities. This group not only works in the community they support it. Wendys honesty and integrity have kept her in this business for a long time and her dedication to the families and people she represents is what has brought her much success. You will be treated the same if your transaction is valued at a hundred thousand or multi-million dollar deal. Wendy may not always tell you what you want to hear but she will always lookout for your best interest and protect you as a client. Wendy takes the worry and stress out of the deal and lets you enjoy your sale or purchase. Wendy has personally represented me, my parents, and many other members of my family with both purchasing and selling and we would not let anyone else represent us. Like I said why would anyone NOT choose Wendy Bunch and the Re/Max team.

Very unprofessional! Having never met Wendy I was shocked to receive this email from her when I inquired how long it would take for my listing to be removed from the market.."Hey Sir" she said, then she answered my timing question and went on to defend the agent we had problems with although she had never spoken to us and had no idea what the issue was!? I responded by telling her she would do right by knowing the entire situation before jumping the gun on a simple question about the listing removal, especially since the agents on her office ultimately represent her company name. She again responded in an immature way by repeating her "Hey Sir " greeting and saying that I "seemed unhappy and frustrated" (mind you I only asked about the timing of the listing removal:) and then said she believed her previous email she "thought (she) was apologizing that it didnt work out". Does "Hey Sir!" Seem apologetic or even sincere for that matter? Ha. Do yourself a favor in realizing that if this is how the owner interacts with client, you can imaging what you get from the agents in the field..hire someone else to sell your home. Wendy helped me find my first house almost six years ago. I was single and the house was perfect for me! In the next few years, I got married and had a baby. I met with Wendy, she gave me some helpful tips to get the house ready, and we put it on the market! Within less than a week we had four offers, some over asking. Once we were under contract, Wendy helped up find a new house in a great neighborhood for our family. We were able to get all of this done within a month. Wendy was there every step of the way whenever we needed her. I can’t say enough good things about Wendy and her staff. I would highly recommend Wendy to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Mrs Bunch was the Sellers agent in my transaction in purchasing my new home. Ive purchased and sold many homes in my lifetime. Ive never had a more difficult experience with an agent.
