My experience with Mr. Michael Prather could not have been under any worse circumstances on my behalf than they were. I initially thought that living a great distance away from a vacant property and trying to get it sold would be horrible. Mr. Prather had my best interest in consideration the entire time during this process. Mr. Prather kept me informed of the market and made things entirely smoother than I had anticipated. Mr. Prather truly went above and beyond for me. After reaching a contract with a buyer, the home inspection revealed hail damage that most of Georgetown suffered. Mr. Prather did not even give me a chance to ask him to meet with the adjuster. Mr. Prather managed the repairs to the home and saw that they were completed timely and done right. I would recommend Mr. Prather and the team to anyone in the area- or looking to come to the area. Mr. Prather made himself available at all awkward hours for me due to a very unconventional work schedule. Again, this was a very pleasant and stress free process. I have confidence in Mr. Prather and the Prather Team and would recommend him to any buyer/seller. Again, Thank You!

Michael, just wanted you to know how much Mary and I appreciated your professionalism in handling the sale of our home in Nicholasville. We had our house on the market for 6 months with several showings and open houses but no offers. When we came in contact with you, I was in the process of trying to find a Realtor that we could really get comfortable with for the next go around. We interview 3 agents this time, including yourself. The reason that Mary and I got comfortable with you is because when you came into our home you had a confidence that you knew exactly what it would take to sell our house. We took a couple of weeks to make the inexpensive modifications that you suggested and then put the house back on the market with you as our new agent.
