Quality service no matter what agent or department you work with at this office. They are dedicated and well trained to be the best representatives of the industry. They are honest and ethical even if it is not what you want to hear; but, you will know where you stand with them and they have your best interest at heart. True, they arent the largest real estate office in Cleveland, TN. It is because, they only allow reliable, responsible, and family cultured, independent contractors to represent their company.

Even though Jeremy was aware we had an offer coming to his client within a couple hours of his first offer, he did not advise his client to wait on our offer but to go ahead and take the first offer. When we sent our offer in, he was surpried that we had offered ABOVE the asking price of the seller and ABOVE the offer that he encouraged his client to go ahead and take. He wasnt patient enough for us to draft the paperwork. Very inexperienced workers there at century21.
