I leased a property 355 Laurel Glenn Crossing, Canton Ga. Bridge Mill through Molly McGrory Broker owner of ReMax Town & country Canton 30114. the owner of the property Marilyn (Cookie) Gladieux was a agent & former employee of the ReMax office owned by Molly McGrory. my agent Terry Brand & I were assured there were NO!! problems!!! 2 weeks after signing the lease the foreclosure notices started arriving in the mail, I approached Ms. McGrory abt the problem. she brushed it under the rug, ignored me, When I signed the lease I was not made aware that there had been prior problems with the property for over three years Which the agent Molly McGrory was very much aware of, my lease stated that my lease payment was to be handled by the ReMax Town & Country. in Dec of 2014, Ms. McGrory Emailed me that SHE WOULD NO LONGER ACCEPT PAYMENT !! although my lease a legal document dictated as such. The property was foreclosed on 04/07/2015, I never had a peaceful moment in this home, did not even unpack!!! I have contacted the Ga. board of realtors and will be filing a complaint against this realtor along with legal action I intend to pursue.

Re/Max Town and Country agents have not been well-educated in the USDA Rural Development loan process. As a result sellers are given unrealistic closing dates and are frustrated when the contracts have to be amended to accommodate the lenders need for further processing time. In the future, listing agents should give the seller a more realistic 90-day window instead of a 30-day closing expectation in order to avoid stealing the thousands of dollars buyers have put down in earnest on a property and misconceptions on the sellers behalf.

Purchased a home from one of their agents (David Evans) and was the worse experience I ever had. The agnet yelled at me for things his seller didnt have done by closing.
