I worked with Maria Nicolls to purchase my first home and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience! She is incredibly knowledgeable and always made me feel like I was a priority! She worked around my hectic schedule so that I could see the homes I wanted to look at as quickly as possible and offered me guidance throughout the process so I always felt confident in my decisions. When the time came to out in an offer, she came to my work so that I could fill out the offer paperwork immediately, proving she is willing to go above and beyond for her clients! We were able to close a week before we had anticipated, too!! I just received the keys to my very first home and I couldnt have done it without Maria! I would strongly recommend Hoeting Realty and will be forever grateful for everything Maria has done to help my family make our dreams of becoming homeowners come true!!
