PLEASE BE CAREFUlL‼️worse realtors office I have ever come across. Not only did they not call me back but when I called they would laugh down the phone and put me on hold pretending they where transferring me. This was not justthe receptionist but alsoHead broker. So I called The Keller Williams head office in Texas and they gave me the regional managers telephone number and when I called her she told me she is was not the regional manager and to call back the office and speak with Sara. When I called Sara to express my concerns about being unhappy with our realtor or lack of realtor should I say. Before I could finish my sentence she talked over me and stopped me talking by saying "so what can I do for you! In a very rude and abrupt manner. I had to advise them I will be contacting the Ohio Board of Realtors if they keep refusing to Remove the lock box from our front door and remove the listing from the MLS site. BTW the listing was a joke, photos had realtors thumb in the pics and a Christmas tree in the pics and we where in April. Even though we had sent new pics ourselves as realtor wouldnt come out and take new ones.... When we did get a hoise sale offer we had to respond within 24 hours. We where notified by the realtor an hour before the offer expired because the realtor was out celebrsting his girlfriends birthday and sent the email to the wrong addresses... Even though he bad emailed us before but still managed to type in the wrong addresses. I could go on and on but one thingis for sure you will find out yourself. Another realtor had noticed how poorly our house was represented and contacted us with suggestions on how to get a sale. We had to get this realtor who we had not even signed with yet to contact Keller Eilliams to get them to remove /cancel our listing. She herself also received resistance and no proof of paperwork showing signatures to cancel with them! Because they wouldnt give us the paperwork to cancel. They knew this was a realtor who and one who knew her field of work extensively. They called her back and was professional and polite. However they did take their time getting back to her. I have nothing to gain by telling the rating this company so low except the hope no one else will get caught up in such a bad contract like we did. I am a God Fearing person and believe in karma. They have some bad karma coming their way. It was so unnecessary to be so rude and childish with us. We had our house up for sale with them and they couldnt have been more insulting.... Please please please see BBB for the currently 7 complaints filed against this company and 3 failures to respond. There is no smoke without fire

Horrible!!!! Kathy Bronkhorst Was the agent that showed a house I was looking at. She NEVER answers calls and barely any texts. She finally emails me about a house I was interested in and told me when there was a open house. She was 10-15mins late to the house showing. We asked about anymore and she told us about one. Said they may go lower because its been on the market for over a month. We meet her at the house, look at it, loved it and she told us as long as we have the income and down owe past landlords, we will be ok. We gave them $60 for app fee and the app. After TWO WEEKS of going back and forth about rent price and lease length, they denied us and never did go down on rent. She gave us a number to someone to call about why we were denied. I called, nobody answered, left a message and its been another two weeks and we still havent received a call, nor letter of why we were denied, but they gladly cashed our check and took our $60! I called a week ago, the guy I talked to was rude and didnt care. He said he was going to send me a email with our credit report and why we were denied, no email. I called today at 10:45am and was promised a phone call within two hours. Its 10:32pm and still no call. A complaint with BBB has been filed. According to BBB this company ranks F in customer services and has 5 other complaints thats been made lately and they have only replied to 2. They take your money ane then move on to the next victim. Now we are left with 4days to move and nowhere to go because we had been waiting around to know about this house.

My main issue with Keller Williams is simply that the extra costs at the beginning are incredibly unreasonable, especially for dog owners. They nickel and dime you from the start. We were looking at a property that was listed at $995 a month. Totally doable. Between my wife and I, we make $7,000 a month, so we far exceed the minimum 1/3 income-to-rental cost threshold. However, we have two small, well-behaved, 30 lbs. dogs. They were expecting a $300 PER pet deposit (so $600), plus $50 per pet, per month rental fee (+100). Add in the $40 per adult application fee ($80), we were looking at almost $3,000 all at once just to get in. Add in our final payment on our current place, and its simply undoable. And we couldnt pay any of this with a card. At this point, its not simply covering costs for additional wear and tear on the home (additional $1800 a year just for two little dogs on top of the standard $925 deposit), its simply punitive, if not exploitive. If youre a dog owner, do what you wish, but just on principle, we wont be going with Keller Williams. Its just too bad that theyll be missing out on two excellent tenants, just because of their outlandish and exorbitant deposit policies. And its a shame because we really liked the place.

I use their third party property management/rental division, Victoria Meadows. I had a horrible move-in experience. They are beyond terrible at resident communications. The leasing agent simply showed me the unit and as soon as she had paperwork, did not respond to any follow-up requests. Nothing was completed as agreed upon in the contract, and the leasing company lied about what was done/not done or simply avoided communications altogether when I tried to get information about the status of the unit. Dealt with contractors in and out of the unit for the first month of occupancy, and the owner did not agree to re-prorate my rent, only deducted $100, which was a fraction of the cost of my time and inconvenience. Unit is very nice, hence 2 stars instead of 1. Lawn is never mowed unless I ask, even though lease specifies lawn maintenance is included. Some of the contractors created more problems than they fixed. Owner let me have a pet, but at a $500 fee, which is twice what Ive ever been charged in this market. Unless you see a unit you absolutely must have, avoid using this company.

I have bought and sold several properties with the assistance of multiple people in the Carol Meadows Team. Without exception, each in their respective roles has been proactive, thorough, objective, and determined to ensure that my rights, whether as buyer or seller, have been protected. Having experienced what was, at that time, one of the lengthiest and most contentious closings (we were buyers) between the sellers and THEIR agents and our representatives ever experienced, and the numerous and convoluted issues which were presented by the sellers, I can attest to the competence, the determination, and the care with which the Meadows Team treats its clients. As a first-time buyer, Carol was the perfect fit for us and has continued to guide us as we have become more experienced at real estate matters. She has created a team culture of professionalism and enthusiasm for the real estate markets in the Greater Cincinnati area, and I would, and have, highly recommend her.
