The person who did my color was fairly rude. Very bossy too. I was new to the salon. I was colored by her twice. She did fine with the color but nothing spectacular. She has an attitude and made me feel uncomfortable, but I was going to continue seeing her only because I only had to deal with her once every 6 weeks. I contacted her the night before my next appt to confirm and she confirmed back. The day of my appt, I woke up very sick. I contacted her with sincere apologies and I felt really bad about having to cancel but I am human and I didnt know I was going to be that sick the day of the appt. She was very pissed. I reached out to her later that night to reschedule but she didnt respond. I then reached out again the next day and she said, " I will not be rescheduling you". She did me a favor. Very arrogant person.

I have never been there but I called to make appointment the lady was extremely rude she acted like I wasnt good enough to have my hair down there. She told me I had to wait months for a appointment to be even open then said am sorry goodbye. First impressions are everything!!!!

Loved my asymmetrical haircut by Melissa. The atmosphere is very chill and nice. Loves relaxing and getting a shampoo and an awesome new do. Great experience, will return and will recommend. =D
