My waxing experiences there have been amazing. My haircuts not so much. The first time both Jessica and Melissa cut my hair I liked it. The second time Melissa cut it I had to cut some random long pieces on my own. The second time Jessica cut it I left and cried. I went back and stated I was not happy with it as it was way to short. The person at the desk whom I think was the owner tried to tell me it was that short when I came in. Jessica however did immediately refund my money. Im not going back but I think its possible to get an OK haircut and the staff is pleasant. I am super happy with the place that fixed my hair.

It was my first time back since the new owners took over. I love the subtle changes that have taken place. Feels cozier. It was also my first time having a hydro facial. My skin feels clean, smooth and well hydrated. I havent noticed much of a reduction in clogged pores yet. I am, however, aware this requires a few treatments to reach that goal and then a maintenance routine. Britney was kind and taught me what I should be doing to maintain optimal health of my skin. She gave me samples of Elta products to try before purchasing several skincare products. I would recommend this service to anyone.

I love About Face, the hairdressers Melissa and Jesse are beautiful people and do EXCELLENT work on the hair. I went to Megan at About Face for a massage, for a smaller person she does MARVELOUS work. I had to look at her several times to make sure SHE was doing the massage, instead of a man with large hands doing deep tissue work, she does REALLY good work. And Mary, oh my goodness, I cant say enough good about Mary. I go to her for MicroCurrent, she REALLY knows what shes doing. And she is such a beautiful and pleasant person to be around, I always look forward to our appointments.

I have had many services from several of the stylists, including hair and makeup for my grand daughters wedding and also for a class reunion!! All the ladies at the salon are friendly and attentive!
