Visited this gym while on a business trip. Great place no-nonsense type of gym staff there was very nice and helpful. Best price in town for a day membership at only $5. Great place if youre looking to get a serious workout

Its a GYM. no silly spinng classes, no yoga, no tvs, just cardio and weights. Wanna get in shape? Hit a GYM wanna look cute and chit chat and watch soaps while you spin... look elsewhere. I LOVE this place!!!!

Their price is amazing! Membership is only $15.00 and that includes tanning!!! The owners are not out to make a profit. They are just really passionate about helping people.
