Has sold me three ac compressors ALL THREE HAVE WENT OUT N THE SPAN OF 4 WEEKS. Called the GM there in Shelbyville where the parts were bought he said they WILL NOT cover anymore after this one. Shelby tire in Shelbyville is who did the work told me this is the 6Th bad compresser they have had to replace for the same problem. Hello 6 bad ones from tbe same store on three different vehicles. Hello does anyone see a pattern here??????? Dont shop at auto zone you will regret it!!!!!!

Customer service has always been outstanding. Ive only had one issue with them in decades and that was just last week. A part I ordered was suppose to be at the store but it wasnt. Told to come back at 2pm & it would be there, it wasnt. Told it would be there at 7pm for sure on next delivery but never happened. They ended up giving me a more expensive part for the trouble. But the 12+ hour wait still cost me money. Still a good place to get parts.

I wouldnt say I love this place, its no better and no worse then any other auto parts store. It deserves five stars because I cant think of anyone negative to say about it. They do what they are supposed to do very well. You can get just about any OEM part you need pretty quick.
