I went in to get my hair trimmed. When I went in, the lady said that to get my split ends off, she would have to cut off an inch and a half. I said that was fine. By the time my hair cut was finished, she had cut off nearly five inches of my hair. Then, I asked her to trim my bangs and just to blend them. She cut my bangs half way up my forehead and they werent even straight. Even the rest of my hair wasnt straight. The front of my hair is about an inch shorter than the back of my hair. Ive never had such a poor experience getting a hair cut. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to this Great Clips. I would rather cut my hair myself than trust someone there with a pair of scissors near my head. I took great pride in the length of my hair and she cut a lot of my hair off without asking me, as if it was nothing.

If you want a stylist who doesnt listen and just does whatever she wants to...this is the place to go. Never knew a high n tight was a buzz cut... All I got was an "Im sorry" and a snarky remark from another stylist of "at least you dont have to come in next month for a haircut."

Never know when certain stylists are working. They cant tell you so I decided that the three of us will not go there anymore. They dont care about their customers. So will go elsewhere and do not recommend anyone to go there.

Terrible haircuts. The ladies do exactly the opposite of what you ask them to and decide to take off however much they feel. Would not suggest anyone to ever go there.

I will never get my hair cut by great clips . Theres nothing great about it. I have thick hair and they never cut it the way i want it too be.
