I gave them a 1 only so I could right a review...otherwise it would be a Minus !!! I went into the Niles,MI. Salon and spoke with Cindy who Told me she could Trim my hair in layers as that was how my hair was ... long and layered. My hair went to the top of my butt in the back and when brought over my shoulder came way down over my breast... Well She BUTCHERED MY HAIR!!! IF I COULD SUE I WOULD!!! I cant even reach up my back and feel my hair!!! It barely comes over my shoulder in the front and is 2 INCHES SHORTER ON THE LEFT SIDE then the RIGHT!!! The manager Mel tried to fix it the next day but its STILL LONGER ON THE RIGHT!!! I COMPLETELY BELIEVE SHE DID IT ON PURPOSE!!! I TOTALLY BELIEVE IT!!!! IM 63 my hair isnt going to grow back long like that!!! Its taken me years to get it that long!!! It looks HORRIBLE UNEVEN AND SHE KNEW I WANTED IT NICE BECAUSE I WAS TRAVELING TO ATTEND A BIRTHDAY PARTY IN MY HONOR!!!!! IVE BEEN CRYING FOR DAYS!!!! So I called her today hoping foe an apology and a suggestion to fix it and she tried to say I asked her for this then she said her manager fixed it for me and when I tried to tell her the manager didnt fix it because its so messed up she hung up on me!!! Insult to Injury!!!! The second pic is what Cindy did The the 3rd is how it was fixed?? So Unhappy!!! The first pic is what my hair looked like when I went in for a SIMPLE TRIM!!! Now a week later and Still no call from corporate. I was told over and over that I would hear from a district manager within 2 working days!!!

go there for all of my hair cuts normally on Tuesday went this week to find out they changed there hours without updating there Web site. drove 40 minutes just to find out there hours changed. ..update your website people!
