Ive used this salon ever since it first opened and have always been happy with their services until my most recent visit. I stopped by on a Saturday evening at 5:45 to get a basic haircut and they already had the door locked and would not let me in to get a haircut and they arent even supposed to close until 6:00! You would think after Ive been loyal to this salon ever since they first opened they would be happy to accept my business, especially when they were supposed to be open for another 15 minutes. I will not be back. Period. It would be different if I tried coming in 1 minute before they closed, but 15 minutes?? Ridiculous!

Wife go haircut, said the lady was extremely rough with her hair. Asked to have a half inch cut off, lady said shed do a fingernail amount, ended up taking off almost 2 inches. Wife asked to have it thinned out, lady layered it. They have a policy that if its not done right, you go back and the will fix it. Unfortunately they cant glue hair back on.

My stylist Cassandra. Will not recommend this person!!! She doesnt care about yours haircut and just wanna make fast money. I even got $5 offer for cutting my baby beard for 10secs. Will not recommend this place!!!
