There was one staff member who was extremely rude and belittled my request for a certain stylist and then very rudely informed me that person no longer worked there and acted like what I was asking was the easiest thing in the world to do. When in fact,!she CLEARLY could not perform the cut. She butchered my 2 year old sons hair. He was screaming the whole time and she was non consoling and acted disgusted and rolled her eyes when he would pull away from her. When I asked her to no longer cut his hair she said, "youre gonna leave with half a haircut?" And I said yes and she said well lets at least even up his ears and when she did she quickly just chopped at his hair and cut a huge 90 degree angle in his hair behind his ear. It looked horrible. I was very upset. I asked her to no longer touch my robs hair and she did anyway. Then she says to my husband, "I dont know why she (talking about me) got so upset. I did what she was asking me to do." Which she did not. Our normal barber had to work at it for 10 mins to blend it and kind of make it look normal but you can still see it. I hate I was impatient and didnt go to our regular barber first. I will not be back to sports clips and I do not recommned this business to other people.

Doors locked before posted hours. Wouldnt be that bad if I hadnt called first and also checked the website then rushed my kid there while pushing errands to the side. Close before seven... no problem... but change your hours and inform others when they call in to check said hours.

The only place to get a haircut! You dont have to like sports to come here. I dont follow sports very well but the stylists here dont judge. They do, however, give great haircuts. Yasmine did my last cut and its awesome! I definitely will be coming back.

Just stopped in for a haircut while in town visiting relatives. Shannon did a fantastic job and was very friendly. I appreciate the environment and the friendly staff. Great job!

They said half off on haircut for a new year old and they charge how price the service was very poor they treat you like a dog
