My husband and I decided to get his hair cut because he has an important interview tomorrow.So we looked up the store hours and it said we close at 9 so we ran up to tullahoma and as we where getting close to store a worker was standing at front door ( we pulled up at 8:20) and as we parked and got out she ran over and turned the open sign off .Then ran in the back behind one of the stalls but we could still see her because there is a mirror in the back that showed us her reflection.We sat there for a minute because we couldnt believe she did it.Then we watched her run to the back and turn the light off in the store I am not very happy with great clips I will never recommend them to anyone we left and drove by the front of the store at 8:45 and we could see her in there walking around in the dark. She has ruined my opinion of great clips indefinitely . If she doesnt want to cut peoples hair she should quite and chose a better job just not hind and go seek . Also Great Clips poor choice of employee.

Went into Great Clips to get my son a haircut, the lady was very abruptly and rudely told me they were closed (it was 5:53 and they close at 6) this is the 2nd time I have been to this location and they were closed early, when I told the lady that she through her hands up and acted very upset and began arguing with me and said fine someone can do it, after that situation (everyone in the place seeing the conversation) I felt very uncomfortable letting them cut my childs hair. We have been costumers for many years and there are plenty of other hair dressers in town, we will spend our money elsewhere.
