I have had my haircut several times here by different people, and had great results. Today I checked in online, the site said there was a 71 minute wait time. I came in after exactly 73 minutes and the door was locked 2 hours and 23 minutes early, and the girl inside opened the door and said theyre closing early. I stated that I checked in online and asked them to honor my appointment because my fiancés graduation is tomorrow, but she again said they were closing early, and that there was no one in the queue. When checking in they ask for your phone number so Idk why I wasnt notified of this before I drove a half hour to get there, nor why my name was removed from the que. she scoffed at me and rudely said fine come on in, but I kindly said that Id go somewhere who wasnt going to be rude to me and rush my hair just to get it done. She obviously had better things to do than her job, and I cant believe I was treated so rudely by her when they always seem to have such a friendly staff. After this experience you could not pay me to come back here so long as that rude girl with the snake bites is employed by great Clips. As a retail manager, I would surely be fired if I treated any of my paying customers like this, especially as long as I have been coming here and supporting their business.

OK GENTLEMEN, it is a haircut. The girls are pretty and I enjoy talking to them. Sometimes I am VERY HAPPY, some times I am OK with my haircut, but they are girls and they talk to to you. So no problem with the girls or their cutting ability. I do have a problem with the new "mobile check-in" crap. I dont have a computer in my pocket. It is not convenient for me to use this APP! If you dont use the service, you get pushed to the end of the line. I opened the door for a lady and she got in line before me and went right in. Well the next 4 people to come thru the door had checked in on their phones. Guess who had to wait? It does not matter if the place is empty when you walk in, if the next person in made a reservation, YOU WAIT. They need a better system to take care of the people that dont spend $150 a month on a computer for their pocket. Hey, Joshua, buy a smart card, look for coupons or sales, use a Kroger receipt and by the way, you are supposed to TIP the girls. Dont blame them, give em $14 and suck it up.

Good job and nice looking haircuts for the price. I never have to wait to get in and the one time I did it was no more than 5 minutes. I like the fact that you can schedule an appointment online now. I have only had 2 of the ladies cut my hair but they were both nice, friendly, and did a solid job. Im usually in and out in under 30 minutes and satisfied with my experience. Have recommended to friends and co-workers and will continue to do so.

These girls can cut hair way better than MOST salons.Absolute experts with all the practice they have with ONLY cutting hair. No colors..nothing else but cuts.They have so much business(men,women,and children) that they are basically cutting specialists.Most girls there have been there for years and typically cut around 15-30 people a day per stylist.Highly recommend this place if you want the PERFECT cut!

Ive been going to this hair salon for years. Not once has my hair been screwed up in any sort of way. I was treated with absolute respect and professionalism. I go every other sunday. Ive had my haircut by each person. Everyone of the stylist are great and have plenty of experience. I would disregard any negative posts because its simply not true.

I have been working with Hannah and Becca for some time now. They are always willing to help me when I call Great Clips Mt Juliet! They are always very professional. I would highly recommend going to this Great Clips location and even scheduling an appointment using their new online check in!!

i ve been too several salons and this place seems to care less for your business one takes a cigrette break after each of her custmors very rude talking and whoever the manager is no help all the stylist take custmor in what ever order they choose

I generally dislike any chain barber shop but it was Saturday afternoon and I didnt have time to go looking for a barber that wasnt already closed. This place was better than I expected. Very friendly staff and overall a pretty good haircut.

This is a horrible establishment. I waited 45 minutes and still nobody cut my hair. I threaten to walk out and still no one cut my hair. I would not recommend this to my dog.
