Doesnt even deserve the 1 star. My 14 year old son went in for a haircut. He came out looking like a 5 year old gave him a cut. His hair was butchered. He didnt give confusing instructions. Trim the top and cut sides and back shorter. She even acknowledged what he was asking for.
