UPDATE 2: The owner sent someone over to handle some of the issues. Overall not a great experience and I would still encourage people to evaluate other options. Changing my rating from 1 to 2 stars. UPDATE: The owner came by the house today and is addressing the issue. I will return and update my rating once this is handled. At this point it appears to be a miscommunication issue and he handling it as a professional. Once this is completed I will remove the original review. ORIGINAL REVIEW: 33 carpenters agreed to redo my fathers roof and various aesthetic parts of our siding. They completed the roof but neglected the other things which were the only reason we agreed to having the roof done in the first place. My father went to the company in person to tell them they still had work to do. The owner, Austin, instructed a woman behind the front desk to have another employee call my father. So my father left and never received a call about the house. About 8 months later we received a letter from our insurance company showing the quote for the work as $3,000 more than they initially stated. At this point I called the owner and asked him to come finish the work. We scheduled a time for him to come look at what hadnt been done and when the day came to come have a look he did not show up and claimed via text that he had a "last minute phone call". It is blatantly obvious that this company does not care about its customers and until the work is done this review will remain here. My father is nearly 70 years old and 33 carpenters is taking advantage of his trust. Use a different company for your roof.

Amazing service!!! I contacted them because I found shingles on ground next to my house. Jon came over and did a free inspection, found extensive hail damage, let me know what to expect, and even helped make the call to my insurance company with me! When I got the call from the insurance company to set up the full inspection all I had to do was text Jon the time. He showed up that morning 30 minutes before the insurance guy. He made the stress of dealing with our insurance company absolutely painless, and I just got word from my insurance company that they will be covering my roof for free!!! All I have to do is pay my deductible. The staff has been great to work with across the board. Cant wait to sit down with them to go over shingle colors and styles. I will DEFINITELY be letting all my neighbors know about their services.

I was looking for Roofing Companies in the Quad Cities and a friend referred me to 33 Carpenters. I live in Davenport, IA and their roofers came out to my house to inspect. I had damage and they got my insurance company to participate in the cost of my new roof! It was like winning the lottery. Highly recommended! They service all the Quad Cities including Moline, IL and Bettendorf, IA. You can message me and I will tell you more. They were great! Did my roof basically in 1 day.

Absolutely love this company. They just replaced our roof. Tear off and replace all in one day. Super friendly staff. Very meticulous. Kim and Austin are the best!!!!
